Return Policy

We strive to maintain complete customer satisfaction with all of our products, however if you are not satisfied, you may return our metal products for a refund within two weeks of the purchase date. We will give a full refund of the product's price on our stocked Silhouette Sign Brackets. We will deduct a 15% restocking charge on all other products. Product must be returned in a re-saleable, like-new, condition. No returns on custom made products or custom orders. Please call or e-mail us immediately if you receive a product in a damaged condition.
